ZoneAlarm

This is the latest version of the well-know and highly valued firewall application. ZoneAlarm protects our computer from the unauthorized “visits” from the web and prevents other programs from connecting to the Internet, unless, of course, the user allows for such connections. Thanks to all that the computer can be protected from hackers.
The latest version is based on the newest module called Stealth Mode, which hides the computer from being "seen" in the Internet.

ZoneAlarm protects also our emails. Of course, this option requires additional configuration, but this can be easily done. The interface is clear and intuitive, so users will have no problems with the configuration of this application. Of course, the producer equipped the program also with a special scanner that detects any attempts of intrusion, so whenever the shield detects such a threat, it blocks off the intruder, and the user gets a detailed report on the attempt.

ZoneAlarm is one of the best applications related to the safety in the Internet. Without a doubt, this is a good option for all of those who like to surf the Internet, but don’t like the typical anti-virus software. ZoneAlarm will protect our computers from any threats at all times. The basic version is of course downloadable for free (except for commercial applications), but we can also decide to buy the Pro version, which offers a few additional options.
